The History of the Democrat Party

First, calling attention to the Democratic party’s racist history isn’t necessarily a criticism of Democrat voters. We believe, for the most part, they are good-hearted people who want a better life for their families and their fellow Americans.

1829

The Democratic party is founded by Martin Van Buren, A.K.A. “The Red Fox of Kinderhook”, on a platform of individual rights, state sovereignty and pro-slavery

1830

Democratic president Andrew Jackson creates the Indian Removal Act, that forced indigenous people to leave their homeland. (Trail of Tears).

1857

In a case of (Dred) Scott vs. Sandford, the court ruled that slaves aren’t citizens, they are property. The seven justices, voting in favor were Democrats, the two, who dissented were Republicans.

1860

11 slave states secede from the Union, Democrats start the civil war.

1865

Lincoln was assassinated, his vice president, Andrew Johnson, a Democrat assumes the presidency, who is opposed to integrating the newly freed slaves.

Democrats establish “Black Codes”, at state and local levels, which were intended to marginalize blacks and keep them in indentured servitude. The democrats supported poll taxes and literacy tests to prevent the freemen from voting.

Confederate veterans found the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), to oppose the Republican party’s integration of blacks. It’s first Grand Wizard, was a Democrat, named Nathan Bedford Forrest.  During its 86-year history the KKK lynched 3446 blacks and 1289 white Republicans.

“Everyone who shoots down negroes in the streets, burns negro school-houses and meeting-houses, and murders women and children by the light of their own flaming dwellings, calls himself a Democrat. In short, the Democratic Party may be described as a common sewer and loathsome receptacle into which is emptied every element of treason, North and South, every element of inhumanity and barbarism which has dishonored the age.”

— Governor Oliver Morton of Indiana 1860s.

1868

KKK Grand Wizard Nathan Bedford Forrest is honored at the Democratic National Convention.  The convention was held at Tammany Hall in New York City and the slogan for the 1868 Democratic National Convention was, “This is a White Man’s Country, Let White Men Rule”.

1869

Reconstruction ended, Democrats re-established white supremacy in the South with Jim Crow laws, that legalized segregation, which would take another 100 years to abolish.  Yes, the democrats are the party of “Jim Crow”.

1911

Democrat president Woodrow Wilson stuffs his cabinet with Dixicrats (powerful Southern Democrats) and set back the cause of civil rights for decades.

1915

The motion picture, The Birth of a Nation, originally called The Clansman, celebrating the KKK was the first motion picture shown in the White House by Democrat president Woodrow Wilson.

1918

KKK is re-established, targeting immigrants, Jews and Catholics, in addition to blacks.

1922

Democrats try to keep lynching legal by creating a filibuster in the Senate.  Now when it is convenient, the democrats want to abolish the filibuster.

1933

When Democrat president Franklin Delano Roosevelt brought the progressive revolution to fruition here in the United States, it was none other than Germany’s Adolf Hitler who wrote him a letter commending him on his new economic program for America. Hitler pointed out that his and FDR’s New Deal program shared many of the same core principles and programs. Hitler was referring to such programs as Social Security, which became a permanent welfare-state program under FDR, and the National Recovery Act, which was a perfect model for economic fascism.

1939

Democrat president Franklin Delano Roosevelt refuses to allow the S.S. St. Louis, a trans-Atlantic ship carrying 937 Jewish refugees from Hitler’s Germany, to dock in an American port.  The refuges returned to Europe and many eventually became victims of NAZI Germany.

Democrat and KKK poster child Margaret Sanger created the “Negro Project” and Planned Parenthood to cull the black population.  In 2009 Planned Parenthood honored Hillary Clinton with the Margaret Sanger Award.

1957

Regarding the Civil Rights Act or 1957 Democratic senator (and later president) Lyndon Baines Johnson remarked to Democrat Senator Richard Russell, Jr. of Georgia, “These Negroes, they’re getting pretty uppity these days and that’s a problem for us since they’ve got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we’ve got to do something about this, we’ve got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference. For if we don’t move at all, then their allies will line up against us and there’ll be no way of stopping them, we’ll lose the filibuster and there’ll be no way of putting a brake on all sorts of wild legislation. It’ll be Reconstruction all over again.”

1964

When signing the Civil Rights Act, Democratic president Lyndon Baines Johnson remarked, ‘I’ll have those n*ggers voting Democrat for the next 200 years’.”

Democratic president President Johnson successfully runs an ad, titled “Confessions of a Republican”. Democrats learned that by accusing Republicans of racism, even without evidence, they can gain political power.

The Republican controlled Congress passes the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as an extension of the Republicans 1957 and 1960 Civil Rights Acts.  Democratic Senators filibustered the bill for a record 75 days.

The Democratic party claims that the Republicans are the racists today, because the parties “switched”, the racist Southern Democrats became Republican in 1964. There was no “party switching”, only two Democrats became Republicans, Miles Goodwin and Thurgood Marshall, who had a change of heart. Those, who were Republicans, remained Republicans.

What changed was the Democrat’s tactics toward African Americans. By the 1960s blacks achieved political power and the Democrats realized they could no longer openly suppress their right to vote, so they decided, “if they’ll vote, they might as well vote for us.”

Before 1964, Democrats regarded African Americans as violent beasts, who had no aptitude for learning. After 1964 they treated them with gentleness, kindness, and sympathy, as their pets.

History books portray Democrat president Johnson, as the “Great Emancipator and Civil Rights Hero”. In reality, he only supported the Civil Rights Acts, because it was politically expedient.

In private, Democratic president Johnson communicated how he was going to addict blacks and Latinos to government dependence, break up their families, destroy their lives and futures and make them into worthless people.

Sadly, 50 years of democratic policies have destroyed many black and Latino families, created the worst schools for blacks and Latinos, that resulted in high illiteracy and dropout rates and the “school to prison pipeline”, and encouraged gang violence and other crimes in inner cities and produced generations of single parents.

Their policies were designed to keep blacks and Latinos down and set them up for failure. The welfare state they implemented created dependence, a “democratic plantation”. Ceaseless propaganda has taught young blacks a victim mentality and demoralizes them while pretending to uplift them.

The Democratic establishment is a fraud, the underlying racist attitude toward blacks has not changed, they continue to mislead African Americans and Latinos, and use them for their political purposes.
